Centre Leadership

Each Elmtree site has a Centre Manager / Designated Safeguarding Lead role.

This role is similar to the idea of a principal or headteacher if compared to a school/mainstream model. This role will provide leadership and development to the staff operating within the AP and ensure continuous adherence to high standards and positive support for our learners.

Given the need of our potential learners, this role will play a vital part in ensuring that the learners attending our provision are safe and cared for and are supported in the best way for them as individuals while working to strengthen relationships between learners, school and family, facilitating a stronger foundation for the support offered at Elmtree.

Safeguarding is our utmost priority, and we feel that it can be best monitored and overseen within this role, supporting every member of staff in the safeguarding role, before feeding up to the provisions Central Leadership Team.
